Hatchling Membership
As a member of Hatch you are supported on your credentialling journey. As well as joining a community of peers at a similar stage, you receive a professional portfolio, are made available for client choice and paid for every coaching hour delivered. Your rate in the incubator is based on where you are at in your credentialling journey, not your overall experience.
Members also receive session records, a practice hours certificate and approximately one hour of supervision per 10 hours coached from one of the most respected coaching supervisors in the profession Marie Quigley, ICF MCC and EMCC ESIA Accredited Coach Supervisor.
Hatch is not a marketplace. It is designed to support you alongside your existing practice, adding paid coaching hours that count towards gaining or maintaining your credentials.

Is Hatch Right For You?
Hatch coaches are required to have completed an accredited training programme aligned with the core competencies of the ICF, EMCC or AC, and agree to operate within those standards. This commitment sits at the heart of the professional expectations of all Hatchling members.
All Hatch coaches are working towards, or maintaining a recognised coaching credential from the ICF, EMCC or AC. Coaching hours completed within Hatch are funded, logged and supervised to support your credentialling pathway.
Hatch coaches receive approximately one supervision session per 10 hours of delivered coaching within the incubator. Supervision is provided by Marie Quigley, ICF MCC and EMCC ESIA Accredited Coach Supervisor, one of the most respected coaching supervisors in the profession.
