Professional coaches at Hatch prices
Approved Hatch Coaches choose to make a limited part of their professional practice available through Hatch at incubator rates. These rates reflect the professional value exchange built into the Hatch model and may differ from the rates coaches charge independently.

Coaching is not mentoring. It is non-directive, so less about what someone else thinks you should do, and more a guided exploration that unlocks the strengths and wisdom you already have. This approach is what builds the confidence and ownership that makes change last.
A coach therefore does not need knowledge of your locality or sector to support you. In fact a different background can often provide a valuable new lens.
So read the portfolios out of curiosity rather than as checklists. The thing worth matching on is how it feels to talk to someone, which is what the free rapport sessions are for. If you feel you need more than two, please email hi@hatchincubator.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Need help deciding
Let us help you. With Hatch Assigned we hand pick your coach at an introductory rate of just £50 p/h for a maximum of 3 hours. You can change your coach after one hour if you wish, or carry on together after 3 hours at your coach's normal tier rate. There is no rapport session with Hatch Assigned.

Our pricing uses credits: 1 credit = £10. Buy as many credits as you like and use them flexibly within Hatch. You can choose a coach from any tier for any duration, work with more than one coach, change your coach without penalty, or buy coaching hours for someone else.

Hatch tiers are how we set our pricing across four accessible price points. They are linked to credentialling, not skills or experience. You could work with a senior leader who brings significant leadership experience at a Fellow Coach rate of £70 an hour, simply because they are early in their credentialling journey. Use the pricing calculator to see how many credits you need for the coaching hours you are looking for. Credits can be topped up at any time and are valid for 12 months.
If you are purchasing coaching hours for someone else, please open a Sponsor Account where you can purchase credits and assign them to others, as required. This is particularly helpful for HR Managers or team leaders who are buying for colleagues or staff, but you can also buy credits for a personal contact to use (18 yrs+). Assigned Coachees choose their own coach from the Hatch network.
