Hatch Quality

All Hatch coaches work to the ethical standards and core competencies of the world's leading professional coaching bodies (ICF, EMCC, or AC). Hatch membership reflects a coach's commitment to their continuous professional development and reflective practice. The Hatch badge is reassurance of a coach who is professionally trained and represents reliable quality and ethical standards.

Hatch Pricing

At Hatch we use credits, which replace traditional pricing. Each credit is £10 and can be used flexibly across the whole portfolio of coaches at Hatch. You can also assign credits to others if you wish, i.e. family or colleagues. Use the calculator to see how many coaching hours your budget gains at the different tiers. We recommend a minimum starting point of three hours to make the most of the experience. For every 100 hrs purchased you gain one free hour. You can top up at any time.

Hatch Tiers

Hourly fees at Hatch relate to the where your chosen coach is on their credentialling pathway. The tiers do not reflect the full extent of a coach's experience, background, or capability, for example, a Fellow Coach may bring decades of senior leadership and coaching experience but have only recently started their credentialling journey. If you are not sure where to start, Hatch Assigned is a low cost entry point limited to three sessions, where we match you with a participating coach from any tier across the network at just £50 per hour.

Hatch Assigned

Let Hatch make the match. A coach is selected for you from across the full network. A great option whether you are new to coaching or open to a fresh perspective.

5 credits

per hour

Hatch selects a coach for you from across the Fellow, Associate and Lead network.
Rapport sessions are not included at the Assigned tier.
Available for up to three sessions.
After three sessions you can continue at your coach's standard tier rate or request a new match.

Fellow Coach

A trained, professional coach working to gain paid hours towards their first industry credential.

7 credits

per hour

Select a Fellow Coach directly from the Hatch portfolio to suit your sector experience and coaching focus.
A complimentary 20-minute rapport session is included per coach-coachee pairing.
A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended to gain the most from your experience.

Associate Coach

A trained, professional coach with at least 100 logged practice hours, working towards their next credential.

9 credits

per hour

Select an Associate Coach directly from the Hatch portfolio to suit your sector experience and coaching focus.
A complimentary 20-minute rapport session is included per coach-coachee pairing.
A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended to gain the most from your experience.

Lead Coach

A trained, professional coach with at least 500 logged practice hours, working towards their next credential.

13 credits

per hour

Choose a Lead Coach with significant coaching hours and an established practice.
A complimentary 20-minute rapport session is included per coach-coachee pairing.
A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended to gain the most from your experience.
